Title: Black-Eyed Pea's Broccoli-Cheese Soup

1 1/2lbBroccoli; fresh
2cWater
3/4tsSalt
1/2cCornstarch
  Mix with 1 cup cold water
1ptHalf and half
1lbVelveeta
1/2tsPepper

Recipe by: Fort Worth Star-Telegram Steam broccoli until tender. Place half-and-half and water in top of double boiler. Add cheese, salt and pepper. Heat until cheese is melted. Add broccoli.
